Yes, during this period, Partel ensures deliveries to the UK, directly from Ireland. Orders can be placed on the phone at 02037 401918 (between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday), or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
📦 2. I was asked for an additional payment for an order I'm due to receive from the online UK shop - why?
Currently, our UK eShop is unable to charge VAT directly to our UK customers for online orders, since new Brexit regulations were introduced in January 2021. Because the customs duty and VAT are not included in the sale price, during the transition period, the taxes need to be paid prior to delivery via the courier companies. Please ensure that you are aware of the terms when buying.
📦 3. Are there delays on goods dispatched to Great Britain?
Yes, there are some delays with goods traveling from Ireland into GB as a result of the new Brexit protocols. Once your parcel has been received into the courier UK hub, you'll receive a notification for delivery.
