Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc who provide the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
Nothing in these Terms affects statutory consumer rights in the country of residence.
SECTION 20 — TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The sale of goods supplied by Efficax Teoranta trading as Partel is governed by the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In the event of conflict, these Terms of Sale shall apply to the supply of goods.
20.1 Definitions
Goods
Products, membranes, tapes, adhesives, accessories or related components supplied by the Company.
Customer
The purchaser of the Goods.
Business Customer
A purchaser acquiring goods in the course of business.
Consumer
A natural person purchasing outside their trade.
Contract
Agreement formed when the Company confirms or dispatches an order.
20.2 Contract Formation
Quotations are non binding.
A contract exists only when order confirmation or dispatch occurs.
We may decline any order.
Customer terms are excluded unless agreed in writing.
20.3 Product Information
Values are based on testing under controlled conditions.
Minor variations do not constitute defects.
Customer must verify suitability.
20.4 Technical Advice
Advice is for general guidance only.
Design and compliance remain Customer responsibility.
No advice creates warranty unless confirmed in writing.
20.5 System Compatibility
Performance depends on compatibility of materials.
Compatibility with third party products is not guaranteed unless confirmed.
20.6 Storage and Handling
Goods must be stored dry, protected from UV and within temperature limits.
Incorrect storage may void warranty.
20.7 Installation Responsibility
Customer must ensure competent installers.
Instructions must be followed.
We are not responsible for workmanship.
20.8 Weather Exposure
Products have maximum exposure limits.
Exceeding limits may void warranty.
20.9 Price and Payment
Prices exclude VAT, delivery and duties.
We may suspend delivery if payment terms are not met.
20.10 Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates.
Risk transfers on delivery.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours.
20.11 Retention of Title
Ownership remains with Partel until paid in full.
20.12 Returns
Business returns require approval.
Goods must be unused and resalable.
Restocking charge may apply.
20.13 Consumer Cancellation
Consumers may cancel within 14 days under EU law.
Return shipping is customer responsibility.
20.14 Warranty
Products are covered by the applicable Partel warranty.
20.15 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for loss of profit, delay, labour cost or consequential damage.
Total liability limited to purchase price.
20.16 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
