30-Day Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All the product sold by Partel can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

This page tells you all you need to know, please note your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

If your order is eligible for online return, you’ll receive a shipping label via email to print, attach it to your package. You can drop it off at your nearest UPS store/dropbox. Customer support is also available to help get your UPS return started. For more help call us at 02037 401918. A customer support associate can get your UPS return started for you, or advise you on other options.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you're missing your receipt, we may be able to locate it in our system. Receipts for purchases made with a credit or debit card or by check may be located in our system within 90 days of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- The products are not in the original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 days.

In the case of customers who have changed their mind after ordering, order too much product, or have ordered the wrong product(s), we will refund the purchase price, minus outbound shipping cost.
Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event of defect, damage, or incorrect item sent by Partel. Items must be returned with all components for a full refund.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@partel.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@partel.co.uk and send your item to: Partel, Southern Storage and Transport, Farringdon Business Park, Nr Alton, Hampshire GU34 3DZ.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Partel, Southern Storage and Transport, Farringdon Business Park, Nr Alton, Hampshire GU34 3DZ.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
